Wail of Doom
Ive tried to find good use to this Elite, the build would be like:
16 Blood/Death Magic (12+1+3)
SR 13 (12+1)
Only problem is the skills, Should I use Arcane Echo + Wail of Doom to do double interruption, then some energy management + blood spike/death spike?
If you have any ideas, please tell me, i'm so frustrated.

what are you trying to do with Wail of Doom?
That should be your first question.

When I first got Wail of Doom I was all excited and such,b ut it took me a while to figure out how to use it. Remember that Wail of doom interrupts and disables "ATTACKS" ONLY. It's best used on warriors, assassins, or rangers. Anyone else, and it's near worthless. So, if you're playing an anti-warrior build, then have at it.
Personally, I use a nice combination of Wail of Doom along with Empathy on warriors. Not only do you shut them down, but you force them to act like hench (just attacks only). The problem is that you need to have some type of skill to slow down the initial attack before you can hit them with wail of doom. If you don't slow them down, then wait to use it until they're using Healing Signet. Assassins are super easy to interrupt b/c you just watch for a chain of attacks to come. As soon as you see that lead attack, they're usually going to have to follow with an offhand. It's pretty nasty, but they're easy to interruipt. And Rangers are teh absolute easist to interrupt. Preperations, traps, anything... it's just a matter or watching them. Have a ranger acting as interupter, no problem. "Whhhhaaaaa" 10% Max HP gone, but he's shut down for a bit.

Use Curses. Use Shadow of Fear or Faintheartedness as base. Wail is a War/Ranger/Assassin disabler. I'd aim for a Necro WarHate build if I were to use it. However, keep in mind Necro WarHate skills are frequently counterproductive. You should do probably slow attack/weakness/heavy degen. Wail won't work well with Insideous/Reckless Haste and the likes which are more geared towards Spites builds. Wail isn't rly good for any non WarHate build.

Just to make this clear, you don't have to interrupt an attack skill to disable all your target's attack skills. As long as the target is simply attacking, all their skills will be disabled.
Of course, you can also use WoD as a general interrupt to stop spells, rez sigs, rituals, whatever, although of course it won't disable those. My necro felt a bit like my mesmer packing WoD; it's a 1/4s cast interrupt-anything spell and it royally screws with assassins, rangers and warriors

so its pretty much blackout on steroids made espicially for anti-melee? if so this could be worst than SS for a war in PvP.
and it could also stop the stupid assassins when they try to do the combos... right when you see a lead attack or even if you dont... bam and they are useless for a while.
